Booking information

Rental periods

The space is available for rent for a minimum period of 1 week (7 days, Monday 0800-Sunday 1600, inclusive) and a maximum period of 4 weeks.

Booking fee

A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure a booking.

Rent

Rent is payable at $600 for the first week ($500 after the deposit is deducted) and $500 per week for each subsequent week. No GST is payable.

Security bond

A refundable bond of $500 (no GST payable) is to be paid with the first rent payment.

Insurance

As a tenant you must have public liability insurance at a minimum coverage of 10 million dollars, similar to selling at market stalls.

Cancellation and date changes

Requests for date changes will be considered and accommodated if feasible. The deposit is non-refundable.
