Slow Stitch Christmas Ornaments

Service Description

At the Forage slow-stitching Christmas ornament workshop we will be making a selection of tree or display decorations. Bring the joy of handmade to your home this Christmas with these beautiful ‘slow stitched’ decorations. As you enjoy a glass of wine and a snack, you have the option to create a selection of small hanging decorations including a dove, a pear, Christmas baubles and a cute stocking motif - using a simple running stitch and a variety of fabrics and trims. You can hang these from your tree, or make a garland to decorate the home. You could also use them as unique gift tags and present toppers, or to dress the place settings on your Christmas table. You can make them even more individual by adding some of your own fabric to mix and match with the lovingly foraged reclaimed fabrics included in your workshop starter pack. Date: Monday 12 October Time: Meet at 7 Clovelly Road Randwick at 6pm. Workshop will conclude at 9pm Cost: $95 Level: This class is suited for all levels of stitching experience, including beginners You Get:  A glass of wine and a little snack plate to enjoy during the event  Expert tuition from Lisa Mattock  Starter Pack that includes a selection of fabrics and threads  The necessary template and instructions for completing the panel. Notes:  Additional instructions and notes for this workshop will be emailed on booking.  This is a small event with a maximum of 8 places. Full payment is required to hold your place. As supplies are ordered specifically for this event, there are no refunds for change of mind.  If the event cannot go ahead due to government regulations it will be rescheduled. 7 Clovelly Road follows strict COVID precautions.
