Yoshi Jones is a Sydney fashion designer fusing creative Australian design with Japanese fabric. Her clients have followed her from the stalls of Sydney's iconic Bondi and Paddington markets in the mid-90s to her boutique in the inner-west suburb of Newtown.
Yoshi's bi-cultural heritage is reflected in her design sensibility which incorporates Japanese graphics and vintage silk kimonos into garments which encapsulate the Australian style.
Yoshi Jones is locally owned, operated and committed to corporate social responsibility and ethical business practices. Almost everything in Yoshi's store is made right here in Sydney, the items that aren't are either because they are vintage straight from Japan or features a traditional design element from another culture, and all of these items have clear labelling to allow her customers to make informed, ethical decisions about their purchases.
